- What counts as an HTTP cron job?
- Each active job schedule counts as one HTTP job. A job that is paused does not count toward your limit.
- What counts as a heartbeat monitor?
- Each unique heartbeat endpoint you configure counts as one monitor, regardless of how often it fires.
- What counts as an AI agent monitor?
- Each active agent monitor counts as one, however often it runs. Every outcome rule — empty-result detection, per-run and monthly cost ceilings, step and tool-call limits, and run time — is available on every plan including Free. The count is the only thing that changes between tiers.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — your jobs are never deleted mid-cycle.
- What happens if I downgrade and have more jobs than the new limit allows?
- Nothing destructive happens automatically. Excess jobs are paused, not deleted. You choose which ones to keep active. Your data and configuration are preserved.
- Is there a free plan with no credit card required?
- Yes. The Free plan is free forever, no credit card required, and includes 5 HTTP cron jobs, 10 heartbeat monitors and 1 AI agent monitor with 15-minute minimum frequency.
- Who handles billing and VAT?
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle appears on your bank statement and issues VAT invoices. You can manage your subscription via the in-app billing portal.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel any time from the in-app subscription portal. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
